Parul Jadav, our founder, has over 18 years of experience in the tourism industry. He’s had a desire to work in tourism since he was a teenager, and his aunt, an airline hostess, was important in establishing this passion in him. The Holiday Butler concept became a reality when we partnered with Major Travel PLC to become a retail agency at the beginning of 2021. Major Travel PLC is a well-known travel company with more than 47 years of expertise in the industry.
When you book with The Holiday Butler, you will have guidance from a dedicated team member throughout your journey, pre and post-holiday, to ensure we offer outstanding service. We can also organise any additional special arrangements that will make your holiday memorable. We tailor-make 100% of our holidays because we believe that each holiday should be a one-of-a-kind experience that will create a memory for life.
We provide our services at three levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum, each with its own set of unique characteristics. Our goal is to provide you with a dedicated and personal touch to your holiday, whilst maintaining our underlying goal of customer satisfaction.
While planning your holiday, we will pay attention to even the slightest details, so you can be assured that everything has been taken care of. When you book with The Holiday Butler, your money is secure since we are a retail agent of Major Travel PLC, and you will receive your holiday confirmation and ATOL certificate directly from a member of the Major Travel admin team within minutes of booking.
