Dealing with The Holiday Butler was such a good, 2 way & seamless experience. During the time of booking, Parul was very friendly and approachable and made sure everything was right and to our criteria always kept me informed thru every stage. Informing us of all requirements for the trip. Then he set up a WhatsApp group with all tour tour party member and himself, so we had direct contact all thru the holiday if we had any questions/issues. He kept in touch to make sure all was running smooth. And upon returning, again communicated ensuring return trip was ok and that we got home safe.
